2001 Toyota Tundra Cold Rough Idle

Where do i start. Rough engine idle - 2000 Toyota Tundra Close. Twice now I noticed when I start the car in the morning the idle will be below 500 rpm for about 20 seconds.

I bought this 4runner from the first owner.

2001 toyota tundra cold rough idle. About a year ago my idle was really rough and my check engine light came on. My 02 with 100k idles really smooth after replacing the battery recently it. 1 cold start idle 2600-2800 rpm.
