Toyota Tundra Blowing White Smoke

I just assumed it was condensation.

Toyota tundra blowing white smoke. Mine only does it when I turn the air off for a little while then turn it back on again. If one of these starts locking up the pulley wont turn and the belt will burn up. And every time it went away after about ten seconds.
